CONNECTFORE Golf & Business Members Terms & Conditions
1. Eligibility & Enrollment. Membership is open to individuals/organizations meeting the criteria outlined in these Terms. By completing registration, the Member agrees to comply with all policies, rules, and fees set forth herein.
2. Fees & Payments. Members shall pay all applicable fees as described during enrollment. Monthly billing begins on the Start Date (as defined in Section 5). Failure to remit payment may result in suspension or termination of membership without refund.
3. Code of Conduct. Members agree to adhere to CONNECTFORE's & the golf courses' standards of professional behavior. Violations, including but not limited to [harassment, misuse of resources, or breach of confidentiality], may result in disciplinary action, including revocation of membership.
4. Termination. CONNECTFORE reserves the right to terminate any membership for just cause, including non-payment or misconduct, with written notice. Appeals may be submitted within [10] days of notice.
5. CONNECTFORE currently has 32 golf & business groups nationally. The "Tiered Pricing Schedule" allows us to promote and win the business of business professionals efficiently and as the group grows, the pricing that the new members pays increases according to the Schedule below. The key point is that once an Applicant has been approved to the Group, their membership pricing will never change as long as they are an active member in good standing.
TIERED MEMBERSHIP PRICING SCHEDULE
0 - 10 Members: $FREE
During the period that the group is at this membership level, each Member will have access to the private LinkedIn Group Networking Page for the purposes of starting new relationships with the other members. The Tiered pricing for this Membership level will never change, regardless of how many people are in the group, for as long as the member is active and in good standing.
11 - 30 Members: $100/Month
During the period that the group is at this membership level, each Member will have access to the private LinkedIn Group Networking Page for the purposes of starting new relationships with the other members, monthly Business & Breakfast sessions at local area golf clubs and courses. The Tiered pricing for this Membership level will never change, regardless of how many people are in the group, for as long as the member is active and in good standing.
31 - 50 Members: $300/Month:
During the period that the group is at this membership level, each Member will have access to the private LinkedIn Group Networking Page for the purposes of starting new relationships with the other members, monthly Business & Breakfast sessions at local area golf clubs and courses, Golf Clinics & Contests at local area golf clubs and courses. The Tiered pricing for this Membership level will never change, regardless of how many people are in the group, for as long as the member is active and in good standing.
51 - + Members: $500/Month:
During the period that the group is at this membership level, each Member will have access to the private LinkedIn Group Networking Page for the purposes of starting new relationships with the other members, monthly Business & Breakfast sessions at local area golf clubs and courses, Golf Clinics & Contests at local area golf clubs and courses, 18-Hole Best Ball Scramble Golf Tournament with a post-golf Brews & Business Awards Ceremony. The Tiered pricing for this Membership level will never change, regardless of how many people are in the group, for as long as the member is active and in good standing.
5.3 Billing & Access. Monthly billing begins on the Start Date (Effective Date or Adjusted Start Date).
Database access is granted upon approval but may only be used after the Start Date. No pre-Start Date networking or event attendance is permitted.
5.4 Rate Guarantee. Members in good standing (timely payments, no policy violations) are locked into their initial membership rate with no increases.
6. Liability & Amendments. CONNECTFORE is not liable for indirect damages. Policies may be amended with [30 days’] notice; continued membership constitutes acceptance.
7. Refunds. Refunds are given to Applicants when their Application for Membership is not approved and for active group members when CONNECTFORE does not provide the Member services outlined in the Application.
